1. All cancellations of bookings must be made at least seven (7) days prior to the arrival date to receive a refund. If the customer cancels a booking within seven (7) days of the arrival date, a refund for the deposit and any other monies paid will not be provided.
2. A cancellation fee will apply to all cancelled bookings:
(a) Administration cancellation fee of $10 if the booking is for a Powered Site;
(b) administration cancellation fee of $30 if the booking is for a Cabin.
3. An administration/cancellation fee of $10 will apply to all cancelled bookings for sites.
4. If the booking being cancelled relates to a stay during a Peak Period, there will be no refund provided to the customer.
5. If the customer fails to notify Robe Holiday Parks of their cancellation, or if the customer fails to arrive by 10:00am on the scheduled arrival date, the customer’s reservation may be cancelled by Robe Holiday Park and no refund will be available for the deposit paid.
6. Any cancellations or alterations to a reservation which are made after the commencement date of the scheduled booking will not qualify for any refund and any monies paid by the customer will be forfeited.
7. Notwithstanding the provisions above, Robe Holiday Park may in its sole discretion issue an accommodation voucher to the customer for extenuating circumstances. Any request for an accommodation voucher should be made to management and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
8. The customer will not be entitled to a refund should the customer deem the weather to be unappealing during their visit.
